Training - Board Dynamics

Boardroom Dynamics is a consultation service providing skills assessment review and training for the board of directors. A follow-up debrief session is presented to the chairperson or designate with short term solutions and long term strategies. An analysis is undertaken by the consultant as to where they see your strengths as far as boardroom acumen is concerned.
