Testing

(i) Directors' Skills Index

Demonstrates level of board proficiency in potential and existing board members. Modules cover financial literacy, written communication, and competency in balance sheet reporting, profit and loss, key performance indicators, risk management, internal controls and current corporate governance guidelines.

Assists in identifying weak spots and opportunities for training or recruitment.

Both a summary report and a detailed report are emailed with this product in an online environment.

The summary report is issued with the Financial Skills Index product and is emailed immediately upon completion of the test in an online evironment.
