gaps in-house, through industry bodies or commercial training organisations.
To our knowledge, there were no residential Directors’ Programs that focused
on financial and corporate governance skills.
During our consultancy with corporate clients we had
often conducted seminars and have now developed this intensive, practical
training program for board members that can be tailored specially for your
company.

As respected members of the organisation it can be embarrassing to be
singled out for skills training. The one-on-one Directors’ Performance
Advantage Program is run off-site for maximum privacy. This non-threatening
program concentrates on the participants own areas of special interest.
The program is designed to improve a director’s knowledge of corporate
governance complexities and legislation. The focus of the program covers a
range of subjects from interpreting board reports through to all aspects of
corporate governance.
The
Directors' Performance Advantage Program is tailored to suit each company’s
requirements and can take place at your preferred venue. There program comes
complete with case studies,
practical exercises, individual tuition and a session on health.
There is an emphasis on team work and case studies based on current situations,
which are used to demonstrate key concepts. The two day program has the
flexibility to be run over the weekend if members are too busy to attend during
the week. |
